The licensor is Atieh Al-Mutairfi and the user is the licence holder. By downloading, installing, activating or using the app, you accept this agreement and related terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use it.
Licence scope
The licence grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive right to use the app on one vehicle’s original screen, subject to the payment made and stated compatibility. Activation is tied to the VIN for which it was issued.
The licence may not be transferred to another vehicle, shared, resold or sublicensed. An approved partner may buy new licences and assign each to a customer under the partner agreement, without reusing a licence after assignment. If you sell the vehicle or replace its screen, contact support to review the licence; this is not a promise that it can be transferred.
Usage restrictions
You may not copy, distribute, publish, rent or make the app available to others, except for copies needed for permitted installation and use.
You may not bypass activation, generate or share activation codes, remove ownership notices, or extract, reuse or distribute assets or the 3D model.
You may not disassemble, reverse-engineer, modify the app’s code or create derivative works, except to the extent expressly allowed by law or the relevant component licence.
Third-party components
Third-party component rights and licences remain with their owners. This agreement does not override rights granted by those licences. Third-party licence texts and notices are available within the app itself.
Updates and termination
Updates are subject to this agreement unless accompanied by other terms. The scope of included updates is stated in the product card.
You may stop using and delete the app at any time. Licence abuse or activation circumvention may result in lawful action and licence suspension under applicable law. This does not remove statutory consumer rights.
Payment and refunds
The current price and any discount appear in the store before an order is created. Activation follows payment confirmation.
VisoDrive is a digital product. Under Article 13 of the E-Commerce Law, the contract cannot be cancelled for a refund after the app has been delivered or downloaded. Exceptions apply if a defect prevents installation or operation, or if the app does not match its advertised specifications; in that case, we will fix it or refund you. Please check your vehicle and screen compatibility before ordering.
Safety and liability
VisoDrive reads vehicle data only. It does not change vehicle programming or driving and safety systems. The only optional control features are screen brightness and auxiliary lighting, and these operate only at your request. The warranty implications of unlocking the system for app installation are subject to the dealer’s terms.
The app is a display and guidance tool. It does not replace original vehicle systems or driver attention. The safety provisions in the terms and disclaimer apply, without excluding any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Law and contact
This agreement is governed by Saudi Arabian law and disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the legally competent authorities. An invalid provision does not invalidate the remaining provisions. Arabic is the authoritative language.
